To gather more info from clients after they’ve booked online or in-studio, you can have a Session Type specific web form to get more info from them. An example of when you may want to do this is for Senior’s. A senior books online, and you need to be sure you know the Students Name and the Parents Name, as well as the School they go to. You can gather this by creating a Web Form based on the Session Type Senior (if you’ve got different levels of Senior Session types, like Yearbook only vs a Deluxe Senior Session, you create two web forms, one for each type of Session).
