View and download sample HTML emails to go with different features in Spectra and Stratus Desktop. For each email, select Preview to view it in a separate window, or Download to get a zip file containing the HTML code for the email, additional graphics, and instructions for customizing and importing it into your software.
How to use: after a zip file finishes downloading, extract it to your C:\ drive — right-click the file and choose Extract All. The folder must be on the C:\ drive for easy customization, so the path looks like C:\SampleEmail1. Then open the Sample Email Instructions file inside for step-by-step directions on importing the HTML into Spectra or Stratus and customizing the email to match your studio.
Sample Email NPS — (Stratus only) Use this email to send clients a Net Promoter Score survey where they can share if they’d recommend your business to a friend or colleague.
