Yes. Stratus is a cloud-based platform, which means your data can be accessed from anywhere with an internet connection.
It depends on how you use Stratus. The full-featured Stratus Desktop app is installed on a Windows PC. Stratus also includes a simplified web app that can be accessed through an internet browser.
Stratus Desktop requires a 64-bit Windows 10 or higher computer, a Pentium dual-core processor or AMD equivalent processor or higher, and at least 4 GB of RAM. For best performance, 8 GB of RAM is recommended.
Yes, the web app can be accessed from any internet browser. Best practice recommendation is to have at least one Windows PC with the desktop app installed. Stratus helps you organize leads, clients, contact details, communication history, appointments, invoices, payments, and related activity in one place.
Yes. Because Stratus is cloud-based, your business information can be accessed from different locations with an internet connection.

Both come with your Stratus subscription. They are just different ways you can access your data. Stratus Desktop is the full-featured Windows application. The Stratus web app is a simplified browser-based version that lets you access Stratus from an internet-connected device with a compatible web browser.
A user is an individual team member account in Stratus. You can create as many users as you need. A user license controls how many people can be logged into Stratus at the same time.
For example, your studio may have 10 users set up in Stratus, but if you have 3 user licenses, 3 people can be logged in at one time.
