Earlier today a number of our services were unavailable due to an outage at one of our partner data centers. All services have been restored.
What happened: 9:45 AM Central (14:45 UTC) – We were alerted to a data center outage affecting many of our services. Over the next two hours, our team rerouted affected services to backup data centers. All services are back online and operating normally.
The interruption originated with our hosting provider, not within our applications. Our failover to backup data centers is what restored service.
We know any downtime during your business day is disruptive, and we appreciate your patience while we worked through it.
