NOTE: This feature is available in the Essential, Professional, and Enterprise versions of both Spectra and Stratus Desktop.

The Messages hubdisplays incoming and outgoing email and SMS text messages. The
messages displayed can be sorted by any of the fields shown. Just click
the column heading and the records will sort by that column. Click again
and the records are sorted in reverse order. See Customizing the Hubs for more information on how to change the look
of the Messages hub.

The default view is for the logged in user, but you can change the selection
by using the search box. Click the down arrow next to Search
By and select the type of criteria you want to use in your search.
Then type the specific criteria in the search box(es) that appear below
the criteria you selected and press Enter.
You may also select which messages are displayed by using the Inbox,
Sent Items, Unlinked, Pending, and/or Show Text Messages options in the Search group on
the ribbon. Double-click a record to open that message.  See also:  Hub Overview
