Call records are a great marketing tool to track who needs to be called
for upcoming sessions and appointments. You also might want to make a
call record for a client that is overdue on a payment or still has proofs
outstanding. To create a group of call records, follow the steps below.

Click Tools >
Communication Wizard. See also: Communication Wizard -
The Communication
Wizard will walk you through the process. -
From the drop-down list choose the set of clients
you want to make the call records for based on client group, client
status, marketing plan, or filter. This works great for special events!
By choosing a group or marketing plan, you can set up call records
to many clients without having to remember (or search for) clients
who may be interested in the next special event. Click Next. -
Choose Phone
Call for the type of communication you are creating. -
Enter all the necessary call information. Click
Next. -
Enter your notes about the call. Click Next.

A message will come up indicating that you are
about to create call records for all clients in the current filter.
Click Finish.
