The Sessions hubdisplays your sessions. Use the tools on the ribbon to export, search, and quickly create new records. The hub can be customized, sorted, and rearranged. Double-click a session to open it. See also: Session Reference

Sessions Hub Ribbon #
| Icon | Name | Description |

Save the current session and leave it open for reference or additional modifications. | |

Export to Excel | Export the currently displayed sessions to an Excel file. |

Refresh | Refresh the grid to reflect any database changes that may have occurred. |

Delete |
Delete the selected record. This will delete any associated records PERMANENTLY. Note: We recommend opening the record before deleting it to make sure it is the correct one. See also: Deleting a Session |

Advanced Search | Click Advanced Search if you don’t know the full details of the client, look up any of the fields you may know. Use the % like a wild card. |

Advance Status | Update the status of one or more sessions. Note: Session statuses usually vary by session type, so sessions must be of the same type in order to update them together. |

Appointment or Session | Launch the Scheduling Wizard to create a new appointment or session. See also: Scheduling Wizard |

Quick Sale | Create a new “Quick Sale” invoice that is not related to a client. See also: Quick Sale Invoices |

Managing the Sessions Hub #
Sorting the List #
- Click on any column header to sort the list by that column.
- Click a second time to sort in reverse order.
- Narrow down the list by using the Search section of the ribbon. See also: Finding a Session
Changing the Layout #
- Rearrange the columns by dragging and dropping a column header to a new position.
- Resize columns by positioning the mouse between two column headers and dragging the bar.
