Create a list of outside locations you commonly use for photo sessions.
Then simply select the appropriate location from the drop-down list when
scheduling a session. Enter the address and phone number of the location
if you want to provide this information on the session confirmation. Go
to Maintenance
> Appointment > Outside Locations.
