Why don’t clients have the Yearbook Pose selection?

There are only two reasons your Organizations may not show clients the option to select a Yearbook Pose:

1.  The InspiredByYou.com Preferences are not set up to allow Yearbook selection online (Maintenance > Preferences > InspiredByYou.com – Company tab).  Just change the Online Yearbook Selection to “Offer yearbook selections for Organization based Session Types ,  For more information on Organization based Session Styles, click here.


2.  The Client Organization Yearbook Selection Cutoff Dates are not set or are in the past.  (Maintenance > Client > Organizations – Yearbook Options tab)



In the above example, the Student would be able to select a Yearbook Pose up to and until October 25, 2019 – after that date, the Yearbook Pose selector in InspiredByYou. com would no longer be available.  Simply update the date to the last date this graduating class can select a Yearbook Pose.
