If your printouts from the Communication Wizard display a page number at the top right corner and “about:blank” at the bottom left, follow these steps to apply a registry fix:

CAUTION: This file will modify your Windows Registry, specifically the HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\PageSetup key, which affects page margins and header/footer settings in Internet Explorer. We strongly advise you to back up this specific part of your Windows Registry before proceeding.

- Click Here to Download the Registry Fix File.
- Extract the File: Right-click on the downloaded file and select “Extract” to unpack the contents.
- Apply the Registry Fix:
- Double-click on the extracted file to initiate the fix.
- When prompted, confirm that you wish to open the Registry Editor by clicking “Yes”.
- A confirmation window will appear asking if you want to make changes to the registry. Click “Yes” to proceed with the fix.
- Restart Communication Wizard: After successfully applying the registry fix, close and restart the Communication Wizard application.
- Test the Print Function: Finally, try printing again within Communication Wizard to verify that the issue has been resolved.
