Email Types are use to distinguish
between various categories (or types) of email messages you may send.
Using email types helps you sort and filter your email messages, as well
as allows you to track the progress (or status) of your emails based on
type. Use the tools on the ribbon to add or delete an email type, rearrange
the order of the types, and print or export the email types list. Go to
Maintenance > Communication > Email
Types.

Description
– Enter the name of the email type you are creating. -
Inactive
– Mark a type as “inactive” if you no longer use it, but
have used it in the past.
