For your social event session types (such as weddings) you can keep track of the other suppliers, such
as the caterer, florist, coordinator, etc. The Social
Event Suppliers maintenance list
is where you enter the individual
suppliers’ names and contact information. These suppliers will then be
available as options on the session’s Social
Events tab. Note: Before these suppliers can be entered, you must first create a set of supplier types. See also: Social Event Supplier Types
Go to Maintenance
> Session > Social Event Suppliers to set up your suppliers.
