The Calls List #

Tap Calls on the home page see your list of outstanding calls.

To view calls for a different user or to see calls for all users, tap Choose User and then choose another user or select the “Anyone” option.

To search for a call, tap the magnifying glass and type in a few letters. The scope of the search includes first name, last name, and call type.

Tap any call to view and modify it.

Calls will display client information at the top (for viewing purposes only).

To modify the client information, go down to the bottom of the call and tap the Client field to open the client record.

Scheduling a Call #
From a Client (new or existing clients):

Create a new client (or find an existing one in your database).

Go the to bottom of the client information and tap the Calls field.

Click the plus “+” at the top to add a new call.

Fill in the due date, choose who should make the call, and enter a call description.

Click Save.
Quick Add (existing clients only):

Tap Add at the bottom of the screen and then tap Call.

Choose the client from the list.

Fill in the call information.

Click Save.
The Messages List #

Tap Messages on the home page see your list of emails and text messages.

Tap View Inbox/View Outbox to toggle back and forth between incoming and outgoing emails and text messages.

To view messages for a different user or to see messages for all users, tap Choose User and then choose another user or select the “Anyone” option.

To search for a message, tap the magnifying glass and type in a few
letters. The scope of the search includes first name, last name, and message description. -
Tap any message to view and modify it.
