Q:  How can I find a client’s InSpiredByYou order in Spectra/Stratus? #

A: Use the client’s InSpired order confirmation number! This number is stored in Spectra/Stratus as the Web Order Number.

Instructions #

1. Open the Invoices hub in Spectra/Stratus. 

2. Then search by “Web Order No” with the Search By tool to quickly locate a client’s order without opening each invoice.
