Setting your preferences may seem like a tedious job, but it’s very important if you want to be able to use the software to its full potential! 

The following options are available in the Preferences section of the Maintenance menu:

• Preferences Wizard – Use the Preferences Wizard to set up your basic settings to get up and running quickly.

• Company (Studio) Preferences – Company Preferences contains a wide variety of settings that apply to the entire company.

• Printing Preferences – Printer settings can be chosen for the whole company or just one workstation.

• User Preferences – User Preferences holds settings that apply only to the logged in user.

• Workstation Preferences – Settings that apply to a specific computer.

• InSpiredByYou.com Preferences – For those enrolled in the StudioPlus InSpiredByYou.com service. See also: Setting up InSpiredByYou

• Online Booking Preferences – (Stratus Desktop ONLY) Choose settings for the Online Booking feature. See also: Setting Up Online Booking

• Firewall Preferences – (Stratus Desktop ONLY) Manually maintain firewall settings and permissions.
