Dashboard Client Reports #

The Dashboard includes the following data types (also called “Key Performance Indicators”) that make it easy to run a variety of client reports. See also: Dashboard Reports

Don’t limit yourself to these! Many of the other Dashboard reports (i.e., session, invoice, production) also include client-specific grouping options. For example, reports for Average Sales by Session or Sales – Total can be grouped by Client Group or Client Status. This means you can easily compare the spending habits of your different clients groups, for example.
Custom Client Reports #

Here are some of the client-related custom reports:

| Clients Without Sessions |
Use this report to see clients from a specific client group that haven’t booked a session. |
| Seniors Without Sessions |
Use this report to see senior clients that haven’t booked a session. |
| Client Status Report | Track your clients and prospects as they move through their different statuses. The report shows your clients and prospects by status and due date for any status that is due or past due. |
| Client Sales List | Lists the total sales within a date range for each client. |
| Referred By Report | If you are using the Referred By field for your clients, you can get a report of referrals broken down by who referred them, the number of sessions, and sales totals. |
| Dymo Barcode Labels | Print a client barcode label with a Dymo printer. |
