A Session Status may be “Not Completed” and the reason why can be now noted for future reference. For example, a Session Status may be noted as “Not Completed” and the result might be “Crying Child” or “Family Emergency“. This function also provides the ability to better track status sessions.
Setting Up Session Status Results #
- Go to Maintenance > Session > Session Status Results.
2. Select corresponding Session Status (i.e. Not Completed).
3. Under Description, type in corresponding Session Status Result (i.e. Crying Child).
4. Press Enter

On Session Record, after selecting Session Status, the drop down below shows the Status Result containing all the corresponding Resultsfor your chosen Status.

Showing Session Status Results on Session Hub #
- Select Column Chooser from the ribbon in the session hub.
- Select Session-Status Result. This will add a new column to the session hub which will show all Session Status Results and if a Session does not have a result selected.
