The Calls Hub allows viewing of incomplete Phone Calls assigned to the logged-in user or department.
Similar to the Messages Hub, you can search by User or by Department. As you change the first selector, the second selector updates for those fields. For more information on Phone Calls, follow this link.
You can also toggle to Show Completed calls or Create new ones.
