There are a many custom fields available throughout the software that can
be used to store information specific to your studio’s needs. Custom fields
can be used in calendar descriptions, filters, form letters, and
HTML emails. You can also display and sort by them on the hubs.
Use Custom Labels
maintenance to change how these fields are labeled in the software. Go to Maintenance > General (Studio) > Custom Labels.

Client
– Client records have custom fields on the General
tab and the Custom tab. On
the General tab there are
two short text fields and two date fields. On the Custom
tab there are 10 short text fields, two date fields, and two notes
fields. Notes fields can store an almost unlimited amount of
text.

Session
– The session custom fields are all on the Custom
tab. There are 13 short text fields, four date fields, and two
notes fields. -
Invoice
– Invoice custom fields are on the General
tab. There is one short text field and one date field. -
Payments – Payment fields are on the Custom tab. Four text fields, four date fields and four checkboxes

Appointment
– There are two short text fields and two date fields on the General tab of the Appointment
screen. -
Production
– Production orders have a Custom
tab for all custom fields. There are 8 short text fields, two
notes fields, and three date fields. -
Tasks
– Tasks have a Custom tab
for all custom fields. -
Organization
– There are over 25 custom fields on the Custom
tab of the Organization maintenance
screen. -
Phone Calls
– There are two short text fields and two date fields on the General tab of the Phone Calls screen. -
Users
– There are five custom fields available on the Custom
tab of the Users maintenance
screen. -
Location – There are five custom fields available on the Custom tab of the Location maintenance screen.

Price List Item – There are ten custom text fields available on the Custom tab of the Price List Item maintenance screen, along with five custom date fields and five checkboxes.
An optional Drop Down is now available for each Custom Label. To add the new Pick List:
1. To add to a drop-down pick list to a custom text box, click the + button..
2. Type the description for each item that should appear in the drop down list.
3. Press “Enter” to save change(s).
4. Optionally, if you wish to display one thing to your user, but actually store something different in the database, you can use the Value column. For example, set the Description to “May” but the Value to “5.”
5.Select Limit to List in the ribbon to require employees to choose an option from the drop down rather than entering their own custom pick.
6. To delete the drop down option, click the – on Custom Label Maintenance.
