The following things will need to be clean up in HelpConsole:
- Eliminate the underscore characters from each title. Either change the Page Name in the “Page Properties” section (click on gear icon to open this section) or change it right in the Table of Contents list. DO NOT change the Page ID!
- Delete the feedback section that appears at the bottom of most topics.
- A flash icon may also appear down toward the bottom when you are in edit mode. Delete it as well.
- Rearrange topics in each section to mimic the current user guide. (The topics were arranged alphabetically when imported.) Use the arrows.
- Get rid of extra space between paragraphs when you see it.
- Instruction Change (08.19.13): Go ahead and delete the page names that are contained WITHIN the topic (since each topic has to be opened anyway). That way we’ll be consistent with how we’re building the Stratus help. Don’t worry about the duplicate page names at the top of each topic. The first line is in the page header and the second line is in the actual topic. It will be easiest to just eliminate the page name from the header later, which will hide it across the board. Also, the underscore characters in the breadcrumb trail will automatically be cleaned up when the page title is updated.
