The Home Hub gives you a quick view of Upcoming Sessions and Appointments, Tasks, and Phone Calls for the user that’s logged in. From any of the Panes on the Home Hub, you can select to View All Schedules, View All Tasks, and View All Phone Calls for that user!
Upcoming Schedules shows all Sessions and Appointments for that user for the next two days, including today, tomorrow and the day after.
Today’s Snapshot If that user has rights to see Today’s Snapshot (see how to revoke access here, under section Home Page – Today’s Snapshot), it will show Today’s Snapshot figures, with the options of WTD (Week to Date), MTD (Month to Date), and YTD (Year to Date).
My Tasks shows all Tasks for the logged in user for the next two days.
Phone Calls shows all Phone Calls for that user for the next two days, including today, tomorrow and the day after.
